to day is a great day.!!!!!!

well today has been good i worked out today. i am making myself a daily schedule of my workout routine. so far so good, i am very soar. i didn't think i could do it but i just keep encouraging myself and everything is fine. there are some days when i feel really down. and there are other days where i feel good and positive about my situation. but my goal is to lose at least 25 to 30 pounds before my daughters 4th birthday and i know i can do it. well talk to u all soon.
